Job summary

Elsa Talent is seeking a Well Operations SSHE Coordinator to join our Kuala Lumpur office and/or support onshore/offshore Sarawak operations. The role coordinates SSHE planning, implements the SSHE Management System, and prepares performance reports for management and partners.

You will review contractor SSHE documentation, participate in inspections and audits, promote SSHE awareness, and assist in onboarding personnel at the Miri helibase with mandatory offshore documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the Malaysian upstream oil & gas industry.
• Minimum 3 years supporting drilling, workover and/or well services operations.
• Knowledge of SSHE management systems, inspections and audits.
• Strong communication, reporting and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SSHE planning, monitoring and implementation of the SSHE Management System.
• Prepare SSHE progress and performance reports for management and stakeholders.
• Review contractor SSHE documentation and provide SSHE input to contracts.
• Participate in SSHE inspections and audits at company and contractor facilities.
• Administer and promote SSHE communication, awareness and incentive programmes.
• Support the development and review of worksite SSHE procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation at the helibase in Miri, including documentation checks.
