Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a skilled Welding Supervisor to lead welding and fabrications on advanced automation projects. You will oversee welding operations, set up machines, review blueprints, and ensure product quality and process efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma in Welding Fabrication or equivalent experience, with 5–8 years in welding and hands-on TIG/MIG supervision. You will drive safety, training, and continuous improvement across manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Welding Fabrication or equivalent years of related experience.
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in Welding field; experience as TIG and MIG welding supervisor.
• Able to weld, fit, train welders (TIG/MIG) and demonstrate quick-thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates welding and cutting activities, applying knowledge of techniques, materials and fabrication requirements.
• Analyzes work orders and blueprints to determine supplies and sequence of operations.
• Inspects work to maintain specified standards and quality.
• Sets up machines or conducts test welds for trial runs and experiments.
• Supervises fitting and assembly of structural frames in welding.
• Investigates quality issues and issues Non-Conformance Reports as needed.
