Job summary

CHEK HUP SDN BHD in Ipoh is seeking a Store Clerk to manage daily stock intake and stock-out processes. You will balance warehouse stock against production records, enter data into SAP, and generate daily stock lists for production, HR, and warehouse teams.

You will photostat stock documents, ensure accuracy of codes and quantities, and perform regular reconciliations using SAP reports to confirm stock tallies match production records.

Qualifications

• Stock controls and inventory reconciliation with production records.
• Accurate data entry and SAP daily stock updates.
• Ability to print and manage stock paperwork for multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Check balance of Stock at Warehouse
• Check balance of Stock based on the production worker write on the piece of paper.
• Key-in all the daily stock in and stock out in SAP System
• Photostat three copies of stock in, one for production, one for HR department and one for our warehouse
• Make sure the code and quantity of the stock same as the record paper. After that, print the daily stock list in SAP System.
• Use daily stock list in SAP System to compare whether the quantity of stock tally or not with the production worker records
