Job summary

SHABU-YO in Penang is seeking Mandarin-speaking service staff to warmly welcome Mandarin-speaking customers and guide them through the menu. You will help maintain service speed and quality while following SOPs and safety rules.

Fresh graduates, SPM leavers and part-timers are encouraged to apply. Weekends are available with negotiable shifts, overtime pay, EPF, SOCSO, uniform provided, and opportunities to learn about Japanese culture.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or SPM leavers encouraged to apply.
• No prior experience required.
• Able to greet and explain the menu to Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Maintain service speed, quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Serve Mandarin-speaking customers with a friendly attitude.
• Explain the menu and take orders accurately.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and safe kitchen floor layout.
• Follow SOPs and assist with ad-hoc duties as needed.
