Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce content creation or digital design.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva (video editing skills are an advantage).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce content, visual merchandising and digital marketing.
• Good copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and website content management.

The E-commerce Content Creator / Website UIUX & Multimedia Designer is responsible for developing compelling and conversion-driven digital content across all e-commerce platforms while ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence. This role supports commercial growth by creating high-quality product, campaign and brand content that enhances customer engagement, improves conversion and strengthens brand presence.

1. E-commerce Content Development

Create engaging product, campaign and promotional content across e-commerce platforms.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.

Develop preduct descriptions, infographics, banners and lifestyle visuals to improve product presentation and customer experience.

Continuously optimise product content to improve engagement and conversion.

3. Campaign & Creative Development

Design creative assets for mega campaigns, seasonal promotions, CRM activities and new product
launches.

Ensure all campaign materials are delivered accurately and on time.

4. Brand E-Store & E-Visual Merchandising

Manage and update brand storefronts, landing pages and promotional pages.

Maintain consistent branding and enhance the online shopping experience through effective visual
merchandising.

5. Video Content Creation

Create and edit short-form videos for product launches, campaigns and marketplace platforms including Shopee Video, Lazada Video and TikTok Shop.

Develop engaging video content that showcases product features, styling and brand storytelling to
improve customer engagement and conversion.

6. Content Performance Optimisation

Monitor content performance using marketplace analytics and internal reports.

Collaborate with the Performance Marketing & Analytics team to improve CTR, engagement and
conversion through creative optimisation.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration .

Work closely with Brand Operations, Merchandising, Product Listing and Performance Marketing teams to
support commercial campaigns and product launches.

Stay updated on digital design, marketplace and content trends.

Recommend creative improvements and new content ideas to enhance brand presence and business
performance.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce content creation, digital design or creative marketing.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva (video editing skills are an advantage).

Strong understanding of e-commerce content, visual merchandising and digital marketing.

Good copywriting and visual storytelling skills.

Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and website content management.

Creative, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
