Job summary

Netmore Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to craft visually engaging websites aligned with client branding. You will collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in UI/UX/Web Design or related field, 3–5 years’ experience, and proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD. Mandarin is advantageous for Taiwan/Hong Kong clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Web Designer role with a portfolio of web design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative website mock-ups based on client requirements and ensure compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Use Figma and Adobe XD to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; licenses provided by the company.
• Conduct website research to generate design concepts and ideas.
• Create mobile-responsive designs across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
• Design graphic elements like banners and visual assets for websites.
• Perform ad-hoc design tasks such as saving/editing images and organizing design files.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop creative website mock-ups based on client requirements, ensuring compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Design Tools: Utilize design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. The company will provide the necessary software licenses.

Conduct Website research to generate design concepts and ideas.

Create mobile-responsive designs by developing mock-ups compatible with desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.

Design graphic elements related to the website, including banners and other visual assets.

Perform ad-hoc design tasks as required, such as saving and editing images, organizing design files, and conducting research.

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible, optimized for implementation, and meet project requirements.

Job Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in UI/UX Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or a related field.

At least 3 to 5 years of experience above in a Web Designer role, with a portfolio showcasing web design projects.

Expertise in Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma

Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Ability to work independently, taking initiative and delivering on client requests autonomously.

A keen attention to detail, ensuring that every design element is meticulously aligned and cohesive to create visually appealing designs.

Innovative and creative mindset, staying updated on emerging industry trends and applying them to design work.

Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous as it facilitates communication with clients from Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Excellent communication skills are a must, as the role requires collaboration and support with both teams and clients.
