Job summary

Mediaplus Digital in Malaysia is offering an internship to assist the Head of Web/PM in daily planning, task management, and coordinating with developers, designers, and project managers.

You will help prepare and update project documentation, reports, and internal briefs, conduct AI-related research and experiments, and support management with summaries and presentations. Office in Miri; hours Mon-Fri 9am-6pm; RM400 monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Good at organising tasks and following instructions.
• Interest in AI research and experiments.
• Eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate clearly with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Web/PM in daily planning and task management.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and follow up with teams (developers, designers. PM).
• Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and internal briefs.
• Support in research, AI-related testing, and experiments / automation in apps.
• Help with summaries, presentations, or updates for management.
• Organize project files, assets, and references for easy access.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Education

Currently studying Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or related field
