Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in banking, accounting, finance, economics, marketing or business studies.
• PCE (Life) or PCE (General) licenses are advantageous.
• CIELI, FIMM/FMUTM, IPPC certifications are preferred.
• Good track record and ability to sell wealth products.
• Mandarin language skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Solicit customers for deposits, insurance and investment products within lending guidelines and other products as required by management.
• Complete cold calling to increase acquisition through high lead conversion.
• Source and develop new customer leads through referrals.
• Handle account opening including debit card issuance for new customers.
• Maintain accounts after opening (CASA, FD) with accurate customer information.
• Facilitate HL Connect for new accounts to increase penetration.
• Cross-sell other banking products to increase customer stickiness.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers.
• Comply with internal policies, SOPs, sales compliance, and regulatory requirements (KYC, AMLA).
• Uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.
