Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a sales-focused banking professional to solicit deposits, insurance, and investment products within lending guidelines. You will perform cold calls, develop new customer leads, and manage the account opening process including debit card issuance.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to excel in a target-driven environment. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer data, leveraging HL Connect, and cross-selling additional banking

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field (Banking / Accounting & Finance / Economics / Marketing / Business Studies).
• Licenses such as PCE (Life), PCE (General), CIELI, FIMM/FMUTM, IPPC are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Solicit customers for Deposits, Insurance and Investment Products within guidelines.
• Complete cold calling to increase acquisition and leads conversion rate.
• Source and develop new customer leads through referrals.
• Handle account opening and Debit Card issuance for new customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information in system (CASA, FD).
• Cross-sell banking products to increase customer stickiness with Hong Leong Bank.
