Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication in Mandarin and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Management growth in B2B and B2C channels by engaging with advisors and clients.
• Manage client interactions across retail and corporate segments.
• Conduct manual system checks for ad-hoc projects and monitoring.
• Address service enquiries on the B2B FAME platform and collect feedback for improvements.
• Assist with account onboarding and timely trade submissions.
• Generate standard and customised analytical reports for channels and partners.
• Learn and perform basic troubleshooting for RPA processes to improve efficiency.
