Job summary

Cyberjaya College Kota Kinabalu is seeking an Executive to manage the collection of outstanding fees across tuition, hostel, and utilities, while offering supportive financial counseling to families.

The role acts as a liaison to ensure students can continue their education by assisting with loan policies and repayment options.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any related field.
• Minimum 1 years working experience in any related field.
• Possesses own Vehicle and Valid driving license.

• Financial Monitoring & Accuracy: Regularly reviewing student financial statements to ensure all records regarding outstanding debts are accurate and current.
• Proactive Collection & Follow-up: Maintaining a consistent tracking system for various fees (hostel, utility, and semester charges) and contacting students or parents to discuss payment procedures.
• Loan Support & Liaison: Acting as a bridge between the family and the institution to resolve loan-related concerns and ensuring that agreed-upon payment plans are followed.
• Policy Expertise: Providing clear, detailed information regarding the institution’s loan policies, repayment options, and the procedures for obtaining financial aid.
