Job summary

Elegant Carcare Sdn Bhd in Semenyih is seeking an experienced Vehicle Body & Paint Production Executive to manage daily production workflow and monitor repair jobs from start to finish.

You will assist technicians with installation, conduct QC inspections before delivery, and ensure vehicles meet quality standards. Candidates with SKM Level 2 in Automotive and hands-on body & paint experience are encouraged to apply.

• Must have hands-on experience in vehicle body & paint or automotive repair.
• Strong eye for workmanship and QC

Responsibilities

• Manage and control daily Body & Paint production workflow
• Monitor repair jobs from start to completion
• Assist technicians with vehicle body part installation and fitting
• Support the team in removing, installing and adjusting vehicle body parts
• Check body panel alignment, gaps, fitting and workmanship
• Conduct QC inspections before vehicle delivery
• Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion
• Control job flow, productivity and repair lead time
• Coordinate with body repair technicians, painters and installers
• Check completed repair work and identify workmanship issues
• Arrange rectification work when necessary to meet repair standards

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and control daily Body & Paint production workflow
• Monitor repair jobs from start to completion
• Assist technicians with vehicle body part installation and fitting when required
• Support the team in removing, installing and adjusting vehicle body parts
• Check body panel alignment, gaps, fitting and workmanship
• Conduct Quality Control (QC) inspections before vehicle delivery
• Monitor repair progress and ensure jobs are completed on time
• Control job flow, productivity and Repair Lead Time
• Coordinate with body repair technicians, painters and installers
• Check completed repair work and identify workmanship issues

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SKM Level 2 in Automotive / related field
• Experience in Vehicle Body & Paint / Automotive Repair
• Good knowledge of vehicle body parts and installation
• Experience in QC and job control
• Able to assist technicians with installation work when required
• Able to monitor technicians and job progress
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
