Responsibilities

• Perform hair removal treatments on various body areas (e.g., face, legs, arms, underarms, bikini) using appropriate techniques, tools & products
• Ensure customer comfort and safety throughout the hair removal process
• Adapt hair removal techniques to different skin types and hair textures
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care advice to customers
• Conduct thorough consultations with customers to assess their needs, skin type, and any contraindications
• Explain the hair removal process, address customer concerns, and answer questions clearly and professionally
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in the treatment room and with all equipment
• Adhere to strict sterilization protocols for all equipment and tools
• Build rapport with customers and create a positive and welcoming experience
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth business operations

Job description

Wax Therapist is responsible for providing professional and efficient hair removal services to clients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. This role requires expertise in various hair removal techniques, excellent customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of skin care and hair removal.

Key responsibilities

Perform hair removal treatments on various body areas (e.g., face, legs, arms, underarms, bikini) using appropriate techniques, tools & products

Ensure customer comfort and safety throughout the hair removal process

Adapt hair removal techniques to different skin types and hair textures
