Job summary

Spektra WaterTech Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Site Installation Supervisor to plan and supervise all site installation works for wastewater treatment projects.

You will lead technicians, coordinate with contractors, and manage material usage and site stock while ensuring safety at all times. Requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 2 years in project management and wastewater treatment, and willingness to travel outstation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant working experience in project management and wastewater treatment.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently at site.
• Good working attitude and able to work well under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all site installation works with Project Department
• Lead a team of technicians to arrange site work and monitor their progress
• Work closely with contractors on site work arrangement
• Ensure project materials at site are properly used and monitor stock at site
• Prepare project daily progress report
• Ensure safety and health rules are strictly followed at project site
