Job summary

Gradiant Malaysia Sdn. Bhd is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Engineer for our wastewater plant with a minimum of 3 years in WWTP operations. This 1-year contract role focuses on optimizing treatment processes, reducing downtime, and ensuring regulatory compliance across facilities.

The ideal candidate will manage daily operations and maintenance, implement preventive programs, and leverage SAP for tracking and reporting, with strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on WWTP operations and maintenance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering as specified.
• Familiar with wastewater treatment processes and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily WWTP operations and monitor process parameters.
• Implement preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs.
