Job summary

Haleon in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Warehouseman of full-time, on-site placement. You will ensure accurate receiving, put-away, picking, loading, and delivery, while maintaining inventory accuracy and GMP compliance.

The role requires at least 5 years in warehouse operations, SPM or higher education, and a forklift license. You will work to achieve high inventory integrity and timely order processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• SPM education level, field related to warehousing preferred.
• At least 5 years experience in warehouse operation management or related field.
• Forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and put-away materials to and from Production.
• On time and accurate picking, loading and delivery of goods and premiums to customers.
• Weekly housekeeping to ensure stock and premiums are properly arranged and stored following procedures including system updates.
• 99% accuracy in documentation, transactions, picking and inventory accuracy for warehouse goods & on-time delivery to customers of 98% based on invoice date.
• Responsible in on-time posting of Finish Goods from Production.
• Loading, checking, and acknowledging Invoices and deliveries/orders for outbound & inbound activities.
• Cycle counting and reporting inventory accuracy with a set accuracy target of 100% for finished goods.
• Ensures compliance of Regulatory, Security, Safety and GMP policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) 100% accuracy in M-ERP Finish Goods posting.
• Housekeeping of area of work, ensuring proper labelling and GMP adherence.
• Inspection and proper use of MHE to ensure that they are in proper and safe working condition.

Basic Qualifications

• SPM Education Level Any field, preferable field related to warehousing
• At least 5 years experience in warehouse operation management or related field
• Forklift license

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Haleon processes and Systems
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
