Job summary

Flex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Bukit Minyak, Pulau Pinang. You will oversee shipping, receiving and distribution, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and perform quality checks on all received goods. Experience with MRP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 4 years of materials/warehouse experience.
• Advanced experience with MRP systems or related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality checks on received products before stocking or distribution.
• Maintains appropriate stock levels to support profitability.
• Conducts routine inventory counts and maintains warehouse records.
• Coordinates ordering of necessary equipment and supplies.
• Ensures warehouse is stocked and maintained safely and efficiently.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Bukit Minyak, Pulau Pinang.

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
• Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 4 years of materials experience, with advanced experience using (MRP) systems or related field.
