Qualifications

Minimum SPM or technical diploma.
Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred.
Able to lift heavy goods.
Basic computer skills and ability to use spreadsheets.
Good communication and Bahasa Malaysia fluency.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming goods, check quantity and condition against delivery order.
Perform stock counting and maintain inventory records.
Prepare goods for delivery: picking, packing and loading for outgoing orders; organise storage area.
Assist in monthly stock take and reconcile system vs physical stock.
Prepare DO, delivery documents and simple warehouse filing.
Coordinate with sales & technician teams for parts issuance and goods collection.
Ensure proper handling of heavy equipment and maintain warehouse safety standards.
