Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse & Shipping Officer to coordinate daily warehouse and shipping operations. You will ensure accurate receiving, handling, storage, documentation, and timely delivery of materials and finished goods.

The role requires 1–3 years experience in warehouse, shipping or logistics, a Diploma in Logistics or related field, and knowledge of ERP/SAP and Excel. You will work with internal teams and forwarders to maintain safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory operations.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and shipping processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery.
• Able to prepare and verify shipping/warehouse documents accurately.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal departments, suppliers, forwarders, and transporters.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Able to work independently and manage routine tasks within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, and issuing activities.
• Coordinate local and international shipments with forwarders, transporters, and relevant departments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and other required documentation.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure proper identification, segregation, and storage of materials.
• Track shipment status and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Customs, Logistics, Purchasing, Production, and other relevant departments.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Investigate discrepancies involving inventory, shipments, or documentation and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and shipping records for traceability and audit purposes.

• Familiarity with ISO, EHS, or warehouse safety requirements.
• Experience handling sensitive, fragile, or high-value equipment/materials.
• Basic knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures
