Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory operations.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and shipping processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery.
• Able to prepare and verify shipping/warehouse documents accurately.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Good communication and coordination with internal departments, suppliers, forwarders, and transporters.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs, safety requirements and procedures.
• Able to work independently and manage routine tasks within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, picking, packing and issuing.
• Coordinate local and international shipments with forwarders and transporters.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure proper identification, segregation and storage of materials.
• Track shipment status and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Customs, Logistics, Purchasing, Production and other departments.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with SOPs, safety requirements and company procedures.
• Investigate discrepancies involving inventory, shipments, or documentation and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and shipping records for traceability and audit purposes.
