Job summary

MVC Resources in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch activities. You will drive efficiency through the Warehouse Management System and ERP, lead a warehouse team, and coordinate stock counts and production flow while ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.

Experience in warehouse automation/robotics, barcode/RFID, and strong Mandarin/English communication with suppliers is required, with a focus on

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum five (5) years of working experience in the manufacturing industry.
Familiar with WMS and ERP systems.
Knowledge in warehouse automation and robotics.
Understanding of barcode and RFID systems.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with China-based suppliers.
Knowledge of QHSE and Food Safety Management Systems is essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
Ensure efficient use of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP systems to maintain inventory accuracy.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including warehouse automation and robotics implementation.
Manage and lead a warehouse team, ensuring productivity and operational efficiency.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate month-end stock counts, including weekend work when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production and delivery flow.
