Job summary

J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking warehouse personnel to sort parcels by destination or delivery zone and to operate PDA scanners for updating records. You will load and unload parcels from conveyors, cages or trucks while following SOP and safety guidelines.

The role is shift-based in a fast-paced warehouse, requiring teamwork, reliability and attendance. Training will be provided and prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Able to read and understand basic instruction
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Team player with good discipline and attendance
• No prior experience required (training will be provided)

Responsibilities

• Sort parcels according to destination, route, or delivery zone
• Scan parcels using PDA scanner to update system records
• Load and unload parcels from conveyor belts, cages, or trucks
• Ensure parcels are handled carefully to prevent damage
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as required by the supervisor
