Job summary

Samurai 2K Aerosol Sdn Bhd in Skudai, Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operator to handle, move and manage warehouse stocks safely on-site.

You will perform daily receiving, picking, checking, binning and shipping, operate forklifts, conduct stock counts and coordinate with logistics to keep operations smooth.

This role requires a minimum SPM or equivalent, at least 1 year in warehouse or logistics, and a willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, storekeeping or related field is preferred.
• Forklift operating experience is required; valid certification/licence is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling and lifting.
• Responsible, hardworking, punctual and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail, especially when checking and handling stocks.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime and perform ad-hoc duties when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle, arrange and move warehouse stocks safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload goods from containers and trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent product damage.
• Conduct stock counting, inventory checking and stock transfers when required.
• Operate forklift safely for loading, unloading and movement of goods.
• Check incoming and outgoing stocks for quantity, packaging condition, damage and other discrepancies.
• Handle paint, aerosol and related products according to company safety procedures and SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping and proper arrangement of warehouse areas.
• Ensure accurate stock movement and proper warehouse documentation.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Report damaged, missing or abnormal stocks to the Supervisor promptly.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor in daily warehouse operations and perform other ad-hoc duties when required.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or additional hours depending on operational requirements.
