Job summary

Qualifications

• Safety-minded and able to follow GMP and SOP requirements.
• Good record-keeping and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials, packaging materials and other goods delivered to the warehouse.
• Check quantity, item description, batch/lot number, expiry date and physical condition of incoming materials.
• Verify received goods against Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders and relevant documents.
• Report shortages, damages or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor and relevant department.
• Store materials at designated locations and ensure proper labeling and identification.
• Practice FIFO and FEFO and segregate materials by status (Approved, Quarantine, Rejected, Returned).
• Record all material movements accurately and maintain traceability of batch/lot numbers and stock movements.
• Prepare finished goods for delivery and assist in loading/unloading as needed.
