Job summary

P & P HIKMAH is seeking a dedicated Material Handler in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia. The role involves loading/unloading inventory, ensuring orders match purchase orders, and performing receiving, shipping, stocking, and kitting tasks in a safe, accurate manner.

The successful candidate will manage inventory locations, track daily movements, and conduct monthly and weekly counts, while complying with safety regulations. Overtime, including weekends and holidays, may be required.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Warehouse/Store environment is an added advantage.
• Excellent physical fitness is required.
• Availability to work overtime including weekends, public holidays and evenings if required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inventory from delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areas.
• Ensure all incoming deliveries match the company purchase order.
• Perform receiving, shipping, stocking, or kitting of material safely, accurately, and in compliance with guidelines.
• Manage inventory by identifying and recording the location of inventory.
• Monitor and record the number of units handled and moved daily according to company procedures.
• Perform monthly inventory counts and weekly cycle counts for accuracy.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.
