Job summary

Iron Mountain in Senai, Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Operator to administer and operate our warehouses, including processing, storage and asset handling. A valid GDL licence is required to support daily operations and deliveries.

You will work within our Operations Group, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, moves, and shipments of assets along with related reporting. This role emphasizes adherence to procedures, space utilization, and equipment protection.

Qualifications

• Valid GDL licence required for daily operations.
• Experience in warehouse processes and asset handling preferred.
• Ability to coordinate shipping/receiving schedules and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administers and operates the organization’s warehouses, including processing, destruction, and storage of assets.
• Audits goods received into the warehouse and reports on inventory.
• Oversees receipt, storage, moves and shipment of assets and related reporting.
• Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
• Ensures operating procedures, space utilization, and protection of facilities and equipment are effective.
