Job summary

Schwan-STABILO Marketing Sdn.Bhd. in Kulai, Johor, is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, improve accuracy and efficiency, and support production planning.

You will lead a team of about 20 staff, ensure ERP system usage, implement improvements, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards while coordinating with Supply Chain to maintain on‑time finished goods and raw material deliveries.

Qualifications

• Possess Diploma or Degree in the related field with minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity.
• Able to work independently and manage a team of approximately 20 subordinates.
• Knowledge of ERP software is a must to fulfil various operation procedures.
• Command good English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in managing high racking warehouse is added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Junior Managers seeking career advancement are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor warehouse efficiency, stock management and inventory control.
• Implement continuous improvement programs across people and system, improve team capabilities, workflow and quality services.
• Work closely with Production Planning and Supply Chain teams on finished goods and raw material inventory management.
• Monitor the delivery of goods to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Ensure good housekeeping and high safety standards at all workplaces in Warehouse.
