Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Able to communicate & write in basic Chinese, Malay, and English.
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and responsibility at work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the overall warehouse operations.
• Ensure goods are properly received, stored, picked, issued, packed, and dispatched.
• Review warehouse space and make effective use of available storage areas.
• Ensure materials are prepared and delivered according to schedule.
• Establish, review, and improve warehouse SOPs and work processes.
• Inventory Control & Management: ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock takes; monitor inventory levels; coordinate replenishment with Purchasing; investigate discrepancies; maintain system data.
• Logistics & Delivery Coordination: manage incoming and outgoing goods with suppliers and transport providers; ensure timely loading/unloading; coordinate delivery schedules; resolve logistics issues; support cross-functional teams.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance: ensure activities follow company policies, maintain 5S, ensure safe handling of materials, conduct safety inspections, and ensure ISO compliance.

Education

Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field
