Job summary

Jetaine Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in Subang Jaya to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management and order fulfilment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

You will lead warehouse staff, implement stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), maintain accurate records, and prepare operational reports for the Head of Department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in inventory management and staff supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic WMS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Diploma or Degree in any related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching of goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
• Implement stock rotation practices (FIFO/FEFO) to maintain product quality.
• Enforce warehouse safety standards and 5S housekeeping practices.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for the Head of Department.
