Job summary

Muda Paper Mills Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified logistics professional to oversee daily warehouse operations in Penang. You will manage inventory control, space utilization, loading/unloading, and housekeeping to meet safety and KPI targets.

You will also coordinate daily delivery schedules with the BDU team and transporters, ensure audit-ready documentation, and lead warehouse staff to maintain stock accuracy and efficient storage practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or inventory systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible and able to manage warehouse staff

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, space management, loading/unloading, housekeeping, pest control, and safety.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules with BDU team & transporter.
• Ensure all documentation and certificates are in order for audit anytime.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and train warehouse and logistics teams to achieve productivity, safety, quality, and KPIs.
• Ensure correct products and quantities are loaded for delivery.
• Manage inventory control processes, including stock accuracy, storage transfers, aging stock.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
