Job summary

J&T Express Malaysia is seeking a full-time Warehouse Assistant based in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. You will help run daily warehouse operations from receiving to dispatch, ensure accurate inventory and smooth cross-department collaboration, and support process improvements.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with training provided and attendance allowance. A minimum of 1 year in a similar role is preferred, and EPF/SOCSO contributions are administered by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse/coordinate role.
• Knowledge of warehousing best practices, inventory management and logistics.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement.
• Attendance allowance provided.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying any discrepancies
• Supervising and training warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance
• Implementing and maintaining warehouse policies and procedures
• Generating reports and analysing data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensuring the warehouse environment is safe, clean, and well-organised
