Job summary

Rakanda Enterprise in Klang is seeking a proactive warehouse assistant to join our team. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods, using handheld scanners and a Warehouse Management System, and supporting stock counts in a fast-paced environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome, minimum SPM, and warehouse experience is an advantage. We value a positive attitude, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn; on-site work with standard safety procedures and 5S

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Warehouse experience is an added advantage.
• Able to use handheld scanners or willing to learn.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform stock handling activities in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and inspect incoming goods.
• Store products in designated locations according to WMS/system instructions.
• Perform picking, packing and dispatch activities accurately.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Perform stock counting and cycle counts.
• Assist in stock replenishment.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect inventory.
• Ensure inventory is stored neatly and correctly.
• Operate handheld barcode scanners and RF devices.
• Follow picking instructions generated by the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Assist in operating automated warehouse equipment safely.
• Report any system or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and 5S standards.
• Follow warehouse SOPs and safety procedures.
• Ensure safe handling of products and equipment.
• Support warehouse activities during stock take and peak periods.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.
