Job summary

Panda Eyes Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time delivery driver responsible for safe operation of company vehicles and timely product deliveries. You will also assist in warehouse picking, packing, loading, and stock control at the Subang Jaya site.

The role requires a GDL license, ability to lift 25–30 kg, and reliability with tight schedules. Work is in-person, Mon-Sat, 9:00–17:30, with company car and extra leave benefits.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles (vans, box trucks or lorries) to deliver products to customers or distribution centers.
• Plan routes using GPS/maps to meet delivery windows.
• Secure loads to prevent damage during transit.
• Locate items in the warehouse and prepare them for shipment.
• Load and unload goods using manual or powered equipment.
• Assist with stock counts and report discrepancies or damaged stock.
• Perform daily pre-trip vehicle checks and report mechanical issues.
• Keep vehicle interior and loading bays tidy.
• Maintain delivery logs and fuel receipts; obtain customer signatures.

• 1. Transportation & Delivery Safe Operation: Driving company vehicles (vans, box trucks, or lorries) to deliver products to customers or other distribution centers.
• Route Planning: Using GPS or maps to plan the most efficient routes to meet delivery windows.
• Securing Loads: Ensuring all items are properly stacked and strapped to prevent damage during transit.
• 2. Warehouse Operations Picking & Packing: Locating items in the warehouse based on order sheets and preparing them for shipment.
• Loading/Unloading: Operating manual or powered equipment (like pallet jacks or forklifts) to load goods onto vehicles.
• Inventory Support: Assisting with stock takes (cycle counting) and reporting any discrepancies or damaged stock.
• 3. Vehicle Care & Compliance Inspections: Performing daily pre-trip checks (oil, tires, lights) and reporting any mechanical issues.
• Cleanliness: Keeping the vehicle interior and the warehouse loading bay tidy.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate delivery logs, fuel receipts, and ensuring customers sign for received goods.

Job Requirements

• Licensing: A GDL license is required.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 25kg–30kg and spend long periods standing or driving.
• Punctuality: Logistics relies on tight schedules; being on time is the most critical soft skill
• Shift: Mon-Sat / 9am-5.30pm
