Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Good organization skills and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP knowledge will be prioritized.
• Experience in handling forklifts and reach trucks is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Malaysian regulatory requirements such as Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily raw material and finished goods receiving, storage, issuance and inventory control.
• Coordinate with Planner, Procurement, Production, QA/QC and Customer Service to ensure timely receiving and delivery.
• Ensure safe working conditions of work areas, floors, racks, forklifts, tools and equipment; arrange for repair/replacement as needed.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, Security, ISO and SOP.
• Ensure stock accuracy of raw materials and finished goods.
