Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operator to handle loading and unloading of materials, receiving and inventory control in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should have relevant warehouse experience and exposure to ERP/WMS systems.

Applicants with forklift competency will have an advantage. The role includes strict adherence to safety and proper documentation for stock movements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling raw materials, components and finished goods is preferred.
• Experience in loading and unloading activities is required.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems will be an advantage.
• Forklift experience or a valid forklift competency certificate will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the loading and unloading of raw materials, components and finished goods.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against PO/DO and other documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily stock monitoring and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and compliance with FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping during loading, unloading and receiving activities.
