Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Warehouse and Inventory application with support and configuration.
• Hands-on experience in system support of Business Application.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support to in house user by resolving application related warehouse & inventory issues.
• Monitor and respond to support requests via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Ensure all support requests are logged, tracked, and documented.
