Job summary

Advantech Co. Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Intern to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities within our Penang warehouse.

You will help maintain an organized storage system, follow 5S practices, and collaborate with Production and Procurement to ensure smooth material flow. Responsibilities include verifying goods against orders, handling inventory counts, and safely operating material handling equipment per safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify against purchase orders or delivery notes for accuracy.
• Accurately store goods in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Pick and prepare materials according to job orders, ensuring quantities and specifications.
• Pack goods securely for internal distribution or external shipping.
• Assist with dispatch by loading goods and preparing shipping documents.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, following safety guidelines.
