Job summary

Maxim Textile Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, inspect and record finished goods from production, ensuring accurate quantities and codes. You will store items by designated location and prepare them for delivery with proper documentation.

Responsibilities include stock counting, updating records, generating delivery orders, monitoring stock movement, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the finished goods warehouse while coordinating with Production,

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Experience in textile or garment manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory systems.
• Able to handle stock records and documentation accurately.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and record finished goods received from the production department. Verify quantity, item codes, sizes, colours and packing details against relevant documents.
• Arrange and store finished goods in the warehouse according to the designated locations.
• Prepare finished goods for delivery, shipment or transfer based on approved documents.
• Perform stock counting and ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Update warehouse records and system transactions for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Prepare delivery orders, stock transfer documents and other warehouse-related documentation.
• Monitor stock movement and report any discrepancies, damages or shortages to the supervisor. Ensure proper identification, labelling and FIFO practices for finished goods where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper housekeeping within the finished goods warehouse.
• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Logistics and other departments regarding finished goods movement.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Management.
