Job summary

TONAH TRADING COMPANY SDN BHD in Bukit Mertajam is hiring a Warehouse Assistant. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no prior experience required but motivation and quick learning are valued.

The role involves handling deliveries, packing, stocking, and coordinating with supervisors. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Overtime and relocation are possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualification: SPM or higher with at least a credit in Mathematics
• Experience: Added advantage for 1-2 year of working in warehouse field.
• Language: Must be fluent in Malay
• Able to work under Non- Office Environment, independent, disciplined, hardworking, and a fast learner and able to follow superior instruction.
• Willing to work overtime and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Checking all incoming and outgoing deliveries: Ensuring correct product, quantity, and undamaged condition.
• Picking orders, packing, and labeling items.
• Arranging incoming, unloading, and outgoing containers.
• Scheduling containers.
• Arranging lorry trips, delivery orders, and workshop maintenance.
• Managing stock movements, including unloading, storing, stacking, loading, and distribution activities.
• Controlling and organizing inventory.
• Maintaining equipment, such as pallet jacks and lift trucks.
• Complying with safety procedures in warehouse activities.
• Communicating and coordinating with supervisors regarding warehouse-related issues.
