Job summary

Micron Concept Aerostructures Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehousing operations in Shah Alam. You will perform deburring, polishing, and cleaning to achieve high-quality finishing, and conduct in-process and final visual inspections to ensure product quality and proper handling.

You will identify and report production issues, maintain ERP records and job tracking, follow EHS and 5S procedures, keep a clean, safe workstation, and assist the team to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Deburring, polishing, and cleaning to achieve high-quality finishing.
• In-process and final visual inspections to ensure product quality and proper handling.
• Identify and report production issues, defects, and abnormalities to Supervisor/Department Lead.
• Maintain production output, efficiency, and accuracy according to targets.
• Complete quality records, ERP updates, and job tracking accurately.
• Follow EHS, Quality, 5S, and company procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other tasks assigned by the Superior.
• Work closely with the team to achieve departmental KPIs and quality objectives.
• Support overtime when required to meet production targets.
