Job summary

M & N Furniture Trading Sdn. Bhd. in Semenyih, Selangor is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to receive, inspect, and store goods, and to pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery. You will handle furniture safely and maintain orderly inventory while following safety guidelines.

The role requires physical fitness, reliability, and the ability to work in a team, with overtime when needed. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, and staff discounts on furniture are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics is an advantage but not required.
• Able to lift and move heavy furniture.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery.
• Load and unload furniture safely to prevent damage.
• Maintain organized inventory and conduct stock counts.
• Verify goods against documents and report discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines and assist supervisor.

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming goods according to company procedures.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for delivery.
• Load and unload furniture safely while ensuring products are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in a neat, orderly, and accessible manner.
• Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory control activities.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods against relevant documents.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with product assembly, wrapping, labeling, or other warehouse-related tasks when required.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy furniture.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good attendance, punctuality, and work discipline.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Forklift operating experience or a valid forklift licence is an added advantage.
