Top CC & Plastic Masterbatches Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Warehouse / Production & Incoming Goods Assistant to support daily production and material receiving activities in Malaysia. The role involves loading/unloading, capturing media, and maintaining accurate records of incoming materials.

Responsibilities include quality checks, documentation reconciliation, and active communication via WhatsApp groups.

• Assist with loading and unloading of incoming goods
• Take photos and videos during loading/unloading and update the relevant production/incoming WhatsApp groups
• Receive, count, weigh and record incoming raw materials accurately
• Check and calculate the weight of materials
• Conduct basic quality checks on incoming materials
• Check incoming goods against relevant documentation and report any quantity, weight or quality discrepancies
• Monitor and respond to work-related WhatsApp messages and group communications
• Prepare and cut product/material stickers and labels when required
• Maintain accurate records of incoming materials and related activities
• Check container details and ensure the information is correct before unloading
