Job summary

SF Global Express (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Kajang to assist with receiving, checking, and recording goods, and prepare items for delivery.

You will work in a fast-paced distribution environment, perform picking, packing, labeling, loading/unloading, and ensure safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• 1-2 years warehouse or distribution centre experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform manual handling and lifting.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Able to work well in a team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Commitment to health and safety standards and workplace regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods and shipments.
• Perform picking, packing, labeling, and sorting of goods according to orders.
• Prepare goods for delivery, shipment, or collection.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods safely.
• Inspect goods for quantity, condition, and any visible damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.
• Ensure all activities comply with SOPs and safety procedures.
• Handle warehouse documents such as delivery orders and stock records.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operations and other tasks.

• Perform picking, packing, labelling, and sorting of goods according to orders.
• Prepare goods for delivery, shipment, or collection.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods safely.
• Inspect goods for quantity, condition, and any visible damage.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company SOPs and safety procedures.
• Handle warehouse documents such as delivery orders, stock records, and receiving documents.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily warehouse operations and other tasks as assigned.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre environment (at least 1-2 years preferred)
• Physical capability to perform manual handling and lifting tasks regularly
• Basic computer literacy
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu, both spoken and written
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors
