Job summary

Flex is seeking a Warehouse Analyst at its Mechanical Plant Batu Kawan, Penang site. You will analyze data to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and records, ensuring accurate processes and smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes end-to-end warehouse processes, system improvements with MRP, space optimization, cost-saving, and safety, with a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse/logistics with advanced MRP experience.
• Experience in mechanical manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end warehouse processes.
• Review and update WI for warehouse operations.
• Know Baan transactions from receiving to shipment.
• Lead warehouse team for smooth daily operations.
• Drive warehouse improvement projects and cost savings.
• Coordinate with production, planner, buyers and PM.
