Job summary

Flex, a leading manufacturing partner, seeks a Warehouse Analyst for Mechanical Plant Batu Kawan, Penang. You will provide data analysis to optimize shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy and records, and collaborate with production planners and warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in warehouse/logistics with advanced MRP system experience; 5S and safety compliance are core.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience and training.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations with advanced experience using MRP systems.
• Background in mechanical manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand End to End warehouse processes and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Review and update work instructions for warehouse activities.
• Lead warehouse team and coordinate with supervisors for new process implementations.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and warehouse productivity improvements.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, safety and security policies.
