Job summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new company, Axiom, with the spin planned for 2027. The Warehouse Analyst role is based at Mechanical Plant Batu Kawan, Penang, and focuses on data analysis to support warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory records.

You will lead warehouse operations, update work instructions, drive cost savings, and collaborate with production, planners, buyers and PM to implement new processes while ensuring

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience and training.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations with advanced experience using MRP systems.
Background in mechanical manufacturing environment would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Understand end-to-end warehouse processes.
Review and update Work Instructions for warehouse operations.
Lead warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operation.
Drive warehouse improvement and automation initiatives.
Coordinate with production, planners, buyers and PM for new processes.
Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
Adhere to 5S, security and safety compliance.
