Job summary

Flex is seeking a Warehouse Analyst in Mechanical Plant Batu Kawan, Penang. The role focuses on data analysis for shipping/receiving, inventory control, and process improvement to support the warehouse lifecycle.

Responsibilities include leading daily warehouse operations, maintaining WI, optimizing Baan transactions, and driving cost savings while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure efficiency and compliance with 5S and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience and training.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations with advanced experience using MRP systems.
• Background in mechanical manufacturing environment would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand End to End process for whole warehouse operation.
• Review and update Work Instructions for warehouse operation and activities.
• Lead warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Drive warehouse improvement projects and automation.
• Coordinate with production, planner, buyer and PM for new processes.
• Drive cost saving and optimize warehouse space and productivity.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Analyst located in Mechanical Plant Batu Kawan, Penang.

Responsible for providing data analysis to help warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

What a typical day looks like:

• Must understand End to End process for whole warehouse operation.
• Review & update Work Instruction (WI) for warehouse operation & activities.
• Must know Warehouse Baan transaction from Raw materials/ Purchased part receiving, put away, storage, kitting trolley, Issuing, until FG receiving & shipment.
• To lead warehouse team & ensure smooth daily operation.
• To focus on Baan System Development related warehouse.
• To drive warehouse improvement project.
• To participate IKW/SGA.
• To coordinate with warehouse supervisors & leaders for new process implementation.
• Ensure continuous improvement & automation to standard warehouse process.
• To work with internal stakeholder (production, planner, buyer, PM) to ensure smooth warehouse operation.
• To drive cost saving for warehouse related activities & operation.
• To upgrade and maintain warehouse productivity and efficiency.
• To optimize warehouse space.
• To provide solution when there is any warehouse related issue.
• To analysis the root cause & provide Corrective Action if any.
• Adhere/comply to 5S principles, Security and Safety Compliances at workplace.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Requires Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience and training.
