Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM with basic working experience in handling goods or warehouse environment.
  • Familiar with AutoCount or any stock management software.
  • Able to work independently and follow warehouse SOPs.
  • Good communication & basic computer skills (Excel, Email, Google Sheets).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update stock records accurately in the system.
  • Prepare necessary documentations for daily warehouse operations.
  • Assist in generating stock reports and highlight discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team for stock in/out and daily operations.
  • Support the admin team with general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation, and data accuracy.

Skills

Basic working experience in handling goods or warehouse environment
Familiar with AutoCount or any stock management software
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, Google Sheets)

Job Type: Contract (6 Months)
