Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with diversity in clinical experience and teaching.
• Proficient in writing and conversing in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with MS Office literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
• Perform shift duties as assigned by the Unit Manager and report changes to maintain standards of care.
• Assess patients, document progress, and communicate with doctors; hand over shifts with accurate reports.
• Collaborate with the care team to execute orders and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Participate in health education, unit activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
