Job summary

Huckleberry Hospitality Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Service Crew for Kuala Lumpur outlets, including Intermark Mall and Bukit Damansara. Join a premium hospitality brand dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences and high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

You will welcome guests, assist with inquiries, take orders, process payments, stock, and help maintain store presentation. Basic English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, cafe, restaurant or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Well-groomed, reliable, and professional in appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to work weekends/holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.

Assist guests with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.

Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems.

Monitor inventory and assist with stock management

Ensure products are well-stocked, displayed, and presented according to company standards.

Check product labels, pricing and expiry dates.

Ensure all promotional items and marketing collaterals are displayed correctly and timely.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the outlet at all times.

Support daily opening and closing procedures.

Support pre-order sales for cakes, hampers and festive items.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.

Assist in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, café, restaurant, or customer service roles is preferred.

Promote cakes, pastries, beverages, specials and on-going promotions

Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed, reliable, and professional in appearance.
